*All bulk aggregate sales are non-refundable. All sales are final upon purchase.
Once products have been loaded or delivered, we cannot offer a refund.
*Customers picking up materials from our supply yard accept all responsibility for
the number of yards of material they request to be loaded in their vehicle. Pete’s
Landscape & Supply is not liable for any damage or fines that may result from
overloading.
*Customers will assume all responsibility in making the final decision on product
selection and amount. We offer a measurement chart on our website to assist in
estimating yardage needs and are happy to answer any questions customers
have before purchasing or ordering material.
*Pete’s Landscape & Supply, Inc. is not liable for any property damage resulting
from our deliveries including cracked driveway, damaged lawn, etc. Customers
are responsible for ensuring safe access for delivery vehicles, which includes
ensuring the site can allow and support dump truck access. Customer will be
responsible to pay the set delivery fee for any delivery scheduled and attempted,
even if it is determined upon arrival that the delivery truck cannot access the
property to complete the delivery as scheduled.
*We strive to provide deliveries exactly as requested by the customer; however,
once we arrive on site, it is up to the driver’s discretion if he/she feels it is unsafe
to dump in the specified location. If it is found unsafe, we will dump the product
as close to the desired location as possible.
